What to expect as a visitor

The health and safety of our patrons, artists, staff, and community are of the highest importance to us. Before you arrive to our office or one of our events, we encourage you to review our Covid-19 Safe Practices policies below. We are also recommending that our patrons self-screen against the CDC’s Coronavirus Self-Checker:

UPDATE 02/23/22: Performance Santa Fe is aware that New Mexico Governor Michelle Lujan-Grisham has recently lifted the statewide indoor mask mandate in most settings. However, Performance Santa Fe will still require masking at all times during our performances, and will still be requiring proof of full vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test at the door.

Before you attend one of our performances, please check our website for our most recent updates regarding our current requirements and COVID-19 Safe Practices.

Thank you for your cooperation as we do our best to protect our audiences and performers while bringing world-class talent to Santa Fe!

COVID-19 Policies

The following Covid-19 Safe Practices have been reviewed and adjusted to address current health and safety guidelines as outlined by the CDC, State of New Mexico, and City of Santa Fe.

Last updated January 21, 2022

Proof of Full Vaccination or Negative Covid Test

We’ll ask to see your official vaccination card (photocopies and photos displayed on your smartphone are also fine) along with your ID. “Full vaccination” means you’ve received the complete dosage of the Moderna, Pfizer, or J&J vaccine—or other vaccines approved by the World Health Organization—at least 14 days prior to your visit.

Proof of a recent negative Covid test

For those not vaccinated, we will also accept clinically verified negative test results from a rapid Covid test taken within 6 hours of showtime or a PCR Covid test taken within 72 hours of showtime. The name on the test results should match your ID. If you need assistance finding a test location, the New Mexico Department of Health’s Screening and Testing Sites page is a good resource.

Those who arrive without proof of full vaccination status or without a valid negative COVID test will not be admitted to any Performance Santa Fe event or performance.

Children 2 to 11 are exempt from the requirements above but are required to wear properly fitted masks at all times in the theater except when eating or drinking.

Face Masks

Performance Santa Fe requires all patrons to wear a face mask. Face masks are required at all times, including upon entry, when interacting with staff, in the restrooms, and on shared walkways.

Your face mask should:

Social Distancing

Keep at least six (6) feet of distance between yourself and all individuals outside of your immediate household (contact) group, even when outdoors.

Face Coverings

Face masks are required at all times, including upon entry, when interacting with staff, in the restrooms, and on shared walkways.

Health

We encourage anyone who is feeling unwell to stay home. If you have any Covid-19 symptoms, please call our Box Office at 505 984 8759 prior to your performance to discuss your ticket options.

Please do not enter our office or venues if any of the following apply to you:

Please wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or use hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol and rub hands together until dry. Avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth with unwashed hands.

If you have shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, persistent pain or pressure in the chest, new confusion, inability to wake or stay awake, bluish lips or face, seek medical attention.

Performance Santa Fe has recently completed the New Mexico Safe Certified program.
