Performance Santa Fe is pleased to present Sir András Schiff in his first-ever recital in Santa Fe. One of the most renowned interpreters of Bach, Mozart, Beethoven, Schubert, and Schumann, Schiff will play the final piano sonatas of four great composers. These moving works are all the more revealing when played in the same recital.
Sir András Schiff is considered one of the world’s preeminent masters of the piano. His methodology is concentrated and precise, finessing each note into place and performing with intelligent musicality.
