Performance Santa Fe presents the Stars of American Ballet!

For the 9th year in a row, Daniel Ulbricht, a “brilliant” (Dance Magazine) New York City Ballet principal dancer, will perform alongside his best-of-the-best ensemble in Santa Fe. The Stars of American Ballet, a dynamic troupe consisting of principals of soloists from the nation’s most renowned dance companies, including New York City Ballet and American Ballet Theater, performs with artistry and athleticism with a mission of exposing world-class choreography and top dancers to cities that do not often host ballet performances.

In keeping with a nearly decade-old tradition, the “absorbingly sinuous” (The New York Times) dancers will execute a diverse repertoire in Santa Fe—from Balanchine to boogie—with skill and panache in two different programs on two evenings.

As part of Performance Santa Fe’s 2019-20 educational offerings, Daniel Ulbricht will host a master class at NDI on Tuesday, August 6 from 3:00-5:00 pm. While only intermediate to advanced dance students may participate, the public is welcome to watch.
