Box Office Resources and Policies

Ordering Tickets

Order online by selecting the event you want to attend and clicking “Buy Tickets.” Order over the phone by calling our Box Office at (505) 984 8759 Monday–Friday, 10 am–4 pm.

Ticket Delivery

You can select to have your tickets held at Will Call or sent to you as an e-ticket.

Will Call opens at each venue one hour before the performance. Tickets at Will Call will be held under the name of the person who purchased the ticket(s).

Web sales will cut off an hour before each event. Tickets can be purchased in person at the door after that point.

For the 2023–2024 season, e-tickets will be sent one week before each performance date at 9 am regardless of when they are purchased. If e-tickets are purchased within one week of the performance, tickets will be released immediately. It may take up to 24 hours for tickets to be delivered.


Rush Tickets

Patrons 30 and under can purchase $20 Rush tickets at the venue two and a half hours prior to the performance start time with a valid ID. Limit one ticket per person. Seating will be based on availability.

Student/Educator Discounts

Students/educators with a valid ID receive 50% off the purchase of a single ticket to any performance, based on availability. Student/educator discounts are only available by calling the Performance Santa Fe Box Office.

Family Discount

Youth (ages 6-18)* – 50% off a single ticket

Adult – 20% off for up to two adults with the purchase of at least one Youth ticket

Family tickets are only available by calling the Performance Santa Fe Box Office. Youth tickets will be available for pick up at Will Call at the performance and the youth must be present.

*Children under six are not permitted at our performances.

Group Discounts

Group discounts are available for select performances. Please contact our Box Office for more information.


For the 2023–2024 season, we have instituted a $4 per ticket Box Office fee. Fees will be waived for subscribers during the annual subscription period.

Please note that the Lensic charges a $4 preservation fee per ticket for all events held at this venue.

Refunds, Exchanges, and Ticket Donations

Once tickets have been purchased, there are no refunds. Only subscribers and Annual Fund members at the Director level and above may exchange their tickets for another performance. If you are unable to use your tickets, you may donate them back to Performance Santa Fe as a tax-deductible contribution. Please call or email our Box Office prior to the show to let us know that you are unable to attend and wish to donate your tickets.

Program Cancellation/Reschedule

All programs and artists are subject to change. If one of our events is canceled or postponed, we will notify you via email. In the event of a program cancellation, you can receive a refund or exchange your ticket for another show on the same season. In the event of a rescheduling, you can exchange your ticket for the new date; if you are unable to make the new date, you can exchange for a different performance on the same season. Refunds will be on a case-by-case basis.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available for any amount. Please call or email our Box Office to place your order.

Ticket Pre-Sales

Annual Fund members at the Donor Level and above receive access to the best seats first by way of members-only pre-sale days. Members will receive notification prior to the start of a pre-sale via email. Join the Annual Fund.

Unauthorized Ticket Sellers

The only authorized way to purchase tickets to Performance Santa Fe’s events is through our website (PerformanceSantaFe.org), our Box Office, or through the Lensic Performing Arts Center (Lensic.org). We do not sell tickets to our performances on any other website or through any other organization. We are not responsible for tickets purchased from unauthorized ticket brokers or websites. We do not support the unauthorized reselling of tickets at a price above printed face value.  Performance Santa Fe retains the right to hold large or suspicious orders for pick-up at Will Call with a valid ID.

Unauthorized ticket brokers or websites are often made to look like legitimate ticketing agents of Performance Santa Fe or our presenting facilities by using our logo, photographs, press quotes, and venue name. No matter how legitimate a website may look, tickets that are not purchased directly from Performance Santa Fe or the Lensic Performing Arts Center may not be valid for admission.

If you purchased tickets from an unauthorized source and were not granted admission, you should return to your point of purchase (e.g., your ticket broker or online ticket resale website), report that the tickets weren’t valid for entry and demand a refund. If you are unsuccessful in demanding a refund from the vendor, we suggest that you contact the credit card company you used for the purchase. Explain the situation and ask that they refund you and offset future monies they may owe to the vendor – this is known as a “chargeback.”
