Percussionist Michael Chavez joined the Arts for Life program in 2022 following 35 years of performing and teaching experience. An active member of Santa Fe’s music scene, Michael keeps a busy schedule of performing and recording with artists including Ottmar Liebert, Luna Negra, and the Blue Knights Drum and Bugle Corps.
