PERFORMANCE SANTA FE (PSF) offers a summer internship for a dynamic, resourceful, and self-
motivated individual interested in performing arts administration. The intern will work with PSF staff members in various departments (marketing, development, grant writing, education, audience services, production), assisting with projects and duties related to bringing Performance Santa Fe’s programming to its constituents.

Typical responsibilities may include:
• Writing press releases, eblasts, social media posts
• Research individual and corporate funding prospects
• Draft grant proposals and reports
• Taking and fulfilling ticket orders and assisting with patron requests
• Assist with artist hospitality and performance preparations and production


Qualifications and desired skills:
• Excellent organizational abilities
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Comfort in dealing with a range of people
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
• Proactive approach to time and task management
• Interest in, and enthusiasm for, the performing arts
• Experience and proficiency with social media, marketing, Microsoft suite, and database
management


Dates of the summer internship are negotiable. The internship is 20-25 hours per week and is paid.
